All you need to do is:

1. Click on "Click here to see if you are eligible"  (just below the little banner)
2. Enter your @lesley.edu email (twice)
3. Then check your email (you may need to look in your junk mail)
4. Follow the link to the microsoft store.
5. Pay $29.99 for Windows 7 Professional (32-bit OR 64-bit)...

it's that simple.
