Updated Equipment Reservation Form

Howdy, folks--

I have recently updated the Equipment Reservation form to include the Dual-Boot MacBook Pros that we have for checkout to faculty and staff.
I have also added roll-over, tooltip photos for the equipment we are offering.

Reservation Systems...

At some point in 2008, I had proposed that we integrate a number of reservation databases for equipment, rooms, and calendaring into a single database... of course, that never happened. *sigh.
